4x25 Kick - 20 Squat Jumps between laps
4x25 Swim - 10 Push Ups, 20 Burpees between laps
2x50 Swim - 20 Squat Jumps, 20 Burpees between laps
1x30 Seconds Rest
1x200 EZ Free Recovery
(All 25's & 50's are BLAST! All dryland is EXPLOSIVE!)
